Nandi AC Stackers are designed for the safe lifting, stacking, and movement of palletised loads in warehouses, factories, stores, and production areas. Combining manual travel with AC-powered lifting via a 2 HP, 3-phase motor and reliable power pack, they deliver efficient vertical lifting with greatly reduced operator effort — with a three-point steering system for easy handling even in tight spaces.
Built with a rigid structure that resists distortion under heavy load, a reinforced 16 / 20 mm MS carriage plate supported by two chains, and polyurethane-coated support rollers for smooth travel. Safety is built in — overload relay, proximity sensors for cut-off positioning, and a hydraulic overload relief valve. Available in Single Mast (lift heights 500 – 2,000 mm) and Double Mast Telescopic (500 – 4,000 mm) models, in custom-built sizes to suit your requirement.
